Our Sales Showroom will re-open on Monday at 9am with normal opening hours returning immediately for all New Hybrid 202 Car Sales and Toyota Plus Used Car Sales, and is open to the public with new safety measures in place as below. However our Long Mile Service Centre on the Killeen Road will initially be running on a strictly by appointment-only basis, we will be running extended opening hours to cater to the demand with appointments available from 7.30am on Monday. We always place our customers safety and well-being ahead of everything else, so from the 18th of May 2020, we will have the following changes already put in place to ensure that we safeguard our customers and staff and put everyone's mind at ease when they come to visit.

Sales and Service Departments:

• As we have throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we will continue to recognise the urgent need to prioritise our resources to keep our customers mobile - especially those front line heroes who are providing medical and emergency services, so we will be prioritising our bookings and appointment on this basis.
   
• We can also offer our long-standing priority customers Express Servicing, call us for further details on (01) 456-7171.
• We will open with an expanded capacity as of Monday May 18 with extended service opening hours from 7.30am - 6.30pm each day to cater for the servicing demand from our customers. All appointments are strictly to be booked in advance and we would really appreciate customers arriving promptly at their allocated appointment time.
• For our staff and customers' safety alike, we will be operating on a strictly by appointment-only basis and will limit the number of customers in our premises at any one time to ensure social distancing can be fully observed. We may have to request that you do not remain on our premises whilst we are working on your car.
   
• We will only check-in 1 person at a time and social distancing guidelines of 2 meters will be observed throughout the entire process. Social distancing floor guidelines are now throughout our premises and will enable you to maintain the correct social distance from other customers and members of our staff.
• We have installed Perspex screens on all Service Advisors workstations to safeguard customer interactions.
• All Long Mile staff who come into contact with your car will wear a fresh pair of latex gloves and dispose of them after they finish working with your car. Social distancing measures are in place in all areas of our workshops and showrooms and we will have all necessary PPE worn by staff when they work on your vehicle for servicing or to perform trade-in assessments.
• We will disinfect every touch point on every vehicle that we service or assess for trade in valuations. We will also have an option for a full sanitisation using an on-site ozone generator which removes 99% of bacteria and allergens from your car from Monday May 25th onwards.
• For any senior citizens or vulnerable people, we will, as long as it is safe for everybody concerned, operate a collection and drop off service when required. Please get in touch with us directly on (01) 460 6070 to arrange this.

Parts Departments:

• We will be operating our Trade Parts delivery as normal.
• We will offer a trade parts collection service providing the order is placed in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
