Three of Ireland’s best loved sports-people teamed up at Toyota Long Mile this week to launch the 2020 Vision for the new Toyota Hybrid Advantage 201 offers.
Dublin footballer Dean Rock brought the Sam Maguire trophy with him to mark the occasion as Toyota Long Mile launched the full range of offers that are available throughout December and into the New Year where all customers can be the first to secure the new 201 registration for the new decade in 2020.
The Hybrid Advantage 201 offers demonstrate the full range of benefits of driving self-charging hybrids versus conventionally powered cars. Toyota has the largest range of self-charging hybrid vehicles available in Ireland today, including Ireland’s best selling car in 2019, the Toyota Corolla Hybrid. At Toyota Long Mile we are making it easier than ever for interested drivers to start their electric journey in hybrid with a range of fantastic offers and finance deals available for 201:
As part of the launch, the three sports-stars were asked about their 2020 vision and what they were looking forward to the most in the coming sporting year.
Dublin Gaelic Star, Dean Rock, was most looking forward to getting going into the new season after their historic achievement of making it 5 All-Ireland’s in a row in 2019, “I can’t wait to get into the 2020 season, there will be a lot of talk of making it six Sam Maguires in six years but I’m just looking forward to getting back together with the Dublin boys and starting our league campaign in February to set up another big year for the whole squad.”
Ireland cricketer, Kevin O’Brien, who is Ireland’s most capped sportsman in any sport with over 350 appearances in the green of Ireland is excited about bringing Ireland back to the world-stage after Ireland’s qualification for the Twenty20 World Cup in Australia, “We were delighted to seal qualification for the 2020 T20 World Cup last month in the UAE and playing in World Cups is what has put Irish cricket on the map around the world so I’m really excited about going down under to take on the world again.”
Ireland prop forward, Andrew Porter who made the most recent of his 20 appearances for Ireland at the recent Rugby World Cup in Japan is excited about Leinster’s push for another European Champions Cup, “For Ireland, the Six Nations will be a huge campaign for us to bounce back from the disappointment of Japan, and for Leinster it’s going to be incredibly exciting trying to push for a record fifth Champions Cup win, nobody has ever done it before but I feel we’ve got a squad to make a real challenge for Europe.
All three sports stars are Ambassadors for Toyota Long Mile with Andrew Porter and Dean Rock driving the new Toyota C-HR Hybrid whilst Kevin O’Brien drives Ireland’s best selling car in 2019, the Toyota Corolla Hybrid.
